Product Description : Acer Aspire One AOA150-1447The Acer Aspire One is a netbook designed for the mobile user. It features a 8.9-inch CrystalBrite WSVGA LED backlit display, extra-long battery life and weighs just over 2 pounds. Under the hood it is packed with a 160 GB hard drive and preinstalled Windows XP operating system. The netbook is build in a sapphire blue case with a smooth surface. The Aspire One uses the brand new 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor which reduces electrical current leakage in transistors. This saves energy, giving you more time without recharging. The N270 Atom processor uses just 2.5 watts of power, that is less than 1/10 of the 35 watts used by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor.The computer comes with a 160 GB hard drive which runs at the speed of 5400 rpm. It offers enough space on the preinstalled Windows XP Home operating system for a whole MP3 library, movies and software. The Serial ATA hard drive also quickens the pace with a higher speed transfer of data. The included 6-cell battery provides up to 5.5 hours of battery life.The netbook’s 1 GB of installed RAM can be expanded to a maximum of 1.5 GB of RAM.
